TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
✦ I have the rights to deny commission if its beyond my capabilities (e.g. complicated mecha, certain perspectives and detailed backgrounds )
✦ Commissions are not first come first serve, only if payment is available where the commission is prioritized
✦ Extra or additional request will incur extra charges
✦ Prices on the commission sheet are only base prices and depending on the commission complexity it will also incur extra charges
✦ Permission to post WIPs on my social media platform unless you specifically told me not to.COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL USE
✦ I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned work: I can post it to my social media, present it in my portfolio, feature it in videos, etc.
✦ Commercial price is already applied to Live2D rigging prices. You are free to use it for profit.
✦ NO claiming my art as your own, sell as NFT or reposting without credit
✦ You are required to credit me on your social media accounts or Twitch/Youtube channels as your rigger. You must include my handle in your Twitter bio. Extra charges will apply to remove these credits.ART AND ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONS
✦ WILL DO: Fanart, Illustration, Simple Perspectives, Simple Backgrounds, Original Characters , Thumbnails and Character Design Model Sheet
✦ WON'T DO: Furry to some extent, NSFW , gore and Mecha
✦ Provide references and details as it will help me progress with the commission.
✦ Extra character is an additional 40% of the base price.
✦ Expect 1-2 weeks of work and completion time
LIVE 2D AND RIGGING
✦ Provide reference and details for the model you wanted.
✦Extra details will incur extra charges (e.g. extra movable hair, more physics etc)
✦ Expect 2-3 weeks of completion time for the vtuber model.
✦ Prices that includes rigging will be discussed by my friend and L2D rigger @leeksch. I will be working closely with them in accordance to the client's wishes. Their link down below.

PAYMENT PROCESS
✦ Payments are to be made in USD as prices listed on this site are in USD.
✦ Payment is through Ko-Fi or Paypal. No refunds are granted but down payment can be done.
✦Sketches of the commissions will be sent first and the completion of work will only start if payment has initiate.
✦50 percent of the payment can initiated the completion of work and the rest will can be paid before the file can be sent.
✦ Refunds - Rigging: You have 5 days to ask for a refund; this is done using Ko-Fi's refund system. If the commission has already been worked on in those 5 days, a partial refund is the option and will be made through PayPal. I will be refunding you the full amount minus a percentage for the work that has already been done. For extremely rare circumstances, we can negotiate. Please understand this before you go commissioning me.
✦ If circumstances render me to be unable to do your commission, you will be fully refunded. Otherwise, no refunds for art/emote commissions.
WORK PROGRESS
✦You will receive an initial sketch after the comission has been placed.
✦ Revisions can be done but only after 2 revisions otherwise I will proceed on it's completions
✦ Upon completion, you will receive the PNG file(s) in a google drive.
✦ Its is recommended to have a steady communication . I will allow messages thru my email or discord.
✦Upon completion of the commission. you can either receive the file thru discord or gmail.
